INDEPENDENT SERVICES AND CARE
Independent living is more for the individual who has independent health but would like the company of other seniors. Most meals and light housekeeping are provided in Independent Living. Independent Living is designed for those residents who do not need any assistance with the activities of daily living. This apartment would be for a person who is independent in mobility (assistive devices are accepted), has the ability to make decisions regarding their safety and is able to find their way out of the building in case of emergency. These residents need to provide and dispense their own medications. Germantown Plantation provides a personal emergency pendant free of charge in case of emergency. Germantown Plantation offers you all the amenities with "no buy-in fee."
