In the quiet wooded community of Germantown, Tennessee, amid the beauty of blooming flowers and shade of mature trees, is a retirement community with distinctive southern charm called Germantown Plantation Senior Living Community.
Germantown Plantation has options for aging in place. You will find an Independent section of apartments as well as an Assisted Living section of apartments separated by an interior Town Square.
A new concept in senior living brings an atrium-style building which eliminates hallways, provides climate controlled courtyards, and allows greater awareness of the social activities available to you. An elegant grand staircase welcomes you to the luxurious three-story indoor courtyard. All of our apartments have large picture windows overlooking the atrium.
Independent Living and Assisted Living styles are on the same campus with friendships and social activities across the connected buildings. However, each section has its own dining room and lounge areas. Rents are month-to-month with no buy-in fee. This assures you that our rents stay competitive. We are locally owned and managed.
